Carlos Manuel Baca, born on January 25, 1953, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 20, 2007. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolorita; his father, Reynaldo Lalo; brothers, Reynaldo Jr., Eloy, and Jose; his sister-in-law, Dolores Baca; and his brothers-in-law, Ben Serbin and Ben Sandoval. Carlos is survived by his sisters, Adelina (Lena), Rosina, Rita and husband, George, Lydia and husband, Larry, and Rachel. Also surviving are his brothers, Adolfo (Al) and wife, Flora, Raymond, Anthony (Tony) and wife, Lisa, Robert and wife, Ann. Carlos served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was retired from Kirtland Air Force Base. A Rosary for Carlos will be recited Thursday, December 27, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, in Bernalillo, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, December 28, 2007, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Pallbearers will be Benito Serbin, Jr., Andrew Sandoval, Gabriel Montano, Larry Montano, Jr., Raymond Baca, and Tony Baca. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Alan Firestone; and to La Luz Hospice for the loving care and attention given to Carlos.
