Stanley C. "Packy" Weaver, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1959, died Wednesday, December 5, 2007. He is survived by his son, Douglas J. Weaver; and daughter, Susan Weaver. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Maxine Weaver. Mr. Weaver served his country during WWII in the South Pacific Campaign on the 90th Bomb Wing in the Jolly Roger Squadron as a nose gunner. He received the Bronze Star, Silver Star, and the Distinguished Flying Cross. His love was photography and flying in jet planes.
