Travis M. Scott, 92, a resident of Albuquerque since 1951, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2007. A veteran of WWII, he retired from the US Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, after serving 30 years. He is survived by his son, Travis M. Scott, Jr. of Albuquerque; his daughter, Susan Boretsky and her husband, John, also of Albuquerque; and two grandchildren, Major Peter Boretsky of Fort Riley, KS, currently serving in Iraq, and Sarah Boretsky of Colorado Springs, CO. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances I. Scott. A private service will be held and interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, Wednesday, December 12, 2007.
