Imogene Holmes, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2007. Born to parents James and Bernice Wright, in Shreveport, LA, on December 27, 1925, Imogene moved to Albuquerque, NM, over 50 years ago, where she was a longtime member of God's House Church. She is survived by her children, Leroy, James Gary, Darlene, and Carey Holmes, of Albuquerque, and Lawrence Holmes, of Rio Rancho; eight grandchildren; sister, Tina Calbert and husband, Tommy; and brother, Curtis Wright. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Funeral Services on Monday, December 10, at 11:00 a.m.; both services will be held at God's House Church, 2335 Wyoming Blvd NE, with Bishop Michael Shelby officiating.
