Marty (Martha) Swanson, 46, a resident of Albuquerque and later of Tijeras, died Thursday, November 15, 2007. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Swanson; daughter, Ali Moore; son, Riley Swanson; mother, Elisa Dawson; brother, Al Dawson and wife, Jane; sister, Margy Gore and husband, Bill; sister, Mary Kelly and husband, Murray; brother, Pat Dawson and wife, Sandra; and nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Dawson and brother, Tom Dawson. Marty was an occupational therapist who loved working with children. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister who had an incredible love of mountain biking and all animals. Marty had a passion for life, an irreverant sense of humor, and a positive impact on all who knew her. She will be terribly missed. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2007 at French Mortuary - Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE.
