Clifford (Cliff) Peshlakai, age 48, beloved husband, father, son, and brother, was called home by the Lord, Saturday, October 27, 2007. He was a resident of Ojo Encino, NM. Cliff was a artist, who liked his life adventurously. He enjoyed walking, reading, and making people laugh with his joking. He was loved very much by his family, and will be greatly missed. Cliff is survived by his loving wife, Victoria Peshlakai of the family home; his parents, Ben and Lydia Peshlakai of Crystal, NM; his precious children, Christopher Peshlakai of Ojo Encino and Clifton Peshlakai of Alaska. Also surviving are his siblings, Norbert Peshlakai of Gallup, NM, Carl Peshlakai of Farmington, NM, Jasper Peshlakai of Crystal, NM, Lita McBride of Albuquerque, Hattie Peshlakai of Isleta, NM, Victoria Venegas of California, Cora Benedict of Minnesota, and Freda Peshlakai of Crystal, NM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, November 5, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Torreon Mission in Torreon, NM, with Pastor David Skiles officiating. Internment will follow at the Torreon Mission Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Peshlakai, Clifton Peshlakai, Norbert Peshlakai, Jasper Peshlakai, Aaron Peshlakai, and Ryan Tsosie.
