Mary Lou Sanchez, 54, born February 1, 1953, passed away October 14, 2007 of a sudden illness. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Matilda Sanchez; her grandmother, Mercedes Padilla; and her father, Juan B. Sanchez. Marylou is survived by her mother, Nicolasa Sanchez; her sons, Fredrick and Antonio Acosta; their father, Cruz Antonio Acosta; and adopted son, James Mashburn and family; brothers, Leroy, Johnny, and Gabriel; sisters, Lucinda, Sylvia, Julia, and Gloria. A viewing will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church on Barcelona SW on Thursday, October 18, 2007 from 5-6 p.m. with church Services immediately following. She will be laid to rest on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
