Obituary for SERINO

Earl A. Serino, 59, a life-long resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with the Lord on September 29, 2007. He is survived by his son, Chris Serino and wife, Reina; his fiancee, Barbara Montoya; a brother, Durward Serino and wife, Nell; a sister, Darlene Fajardo; a grandson, Paolo Serino; a niece, Rhonda Fajardo; and numerous cousins. He attended Valley High and Machinists School. He worked for many years in the tire business in Albuquerque and Dallas and most recently was employed by Smith's Warehouse. He was an accomplished bass player and played in various local bands since he was 16. Earl was a very kind-hearted, soft-spoken man who would go out of his way to help others. Everyone who knew him, loved him. He will be deeply, deeply missed. Cremation will take place and a Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna NE, in the Hub on Friday, October 5, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kerry Rose officiating.
