MERRILL LAWRENCE Larry Raizen, 59, beloved husband to Joyce Raizen, father to Josh Smith and Samuel Raizen, passed away August 27, 2007 in Redondo Beach, CA. Born February 20, 1948 in Denver, CO. Larry served in the Vietnam War. He attended Colorado School of Mines. He most recently worked in the medical field. He was employed at St. Joseph's Hospital in Albuquerque from the mid '80s thru the '90s. He was CIO at Centinela Freeman Hospital. He loved quality time with his family, golf and the Jemez Mountains. Larry will be greatly missed by the Martinez, Herrera and Chavez families, friends and co-workers. Military burial will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Monday September 17, 2007 at 2 p.m. Funeral arrangements by Riverside Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
