Mae J. Mumphrey, 70 and a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away Sept. 12, 2007. Mae was born Jan. 5, 1937, to Jimmie Mumphrey and Minnie Ingram Mumphrey in Ben Wheeler, Texas, where she lived for many years before moving to Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. She is survived by: three sisters, Eva Mae Crisp, Kathaleen Raibon and Flossie Mitchell; eight nieces and nephews; 13 great-nieces and nephews; and three great-great-nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 17, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Daniels Family Funeral Services Chapel. Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Following interment at Fairview Memorial Park is a reception at the church.
