Orlando Rene Flores, 43, expired on Friday, August 31, 2007. Mr. Flores was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield for many years. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church and also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife, Dolores; four children, Orlando Rene, Jr. (23), Mary Margaret (7), Sally Rene (5), and Michael Rene (4); his parents, Sam and Mary Flores; nine siblings, Richard, Bobby Ortiz, Dolores Vigil, Bella Aragon, Jimmy Flores, Katherine Flores, Cecilia Flores, Sammy Flores, Teresa Esquivel, Racheal Sanchez, Leo and Alfred Morris; eight aunts; ten uncles; 32 nieces and nephews; and 24 grand-nieces and -nephews; mother-in-law, Sally Gallosa; sister-in-law, Sally Ann Gallosa; brother-in-law, Richard Gallosa; and countless cousins and friends. The Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas and Tennessee. Mass will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven. Pallbearers will be Todd Carr, Resen Messer, Josh Vigil, Charlie Flores, Adrian Armendarez, Johnny Esquivel, and Jose Luis Pena. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mosies Vigil, Rubin Gutierrez, Andy Porras, Jesus Chuy Porras. He was very much loved and will be greatly missed.
