Dennis E. Meredith -- On what would have been his 59th birthday, I would like to express thanks to friends, co-workers and neighbors who were there when Dennis had his accident. Your kindnesses, the food you brought, attendance at the service, flowers, cards and condolences were truly appreciated. I would also like to thank the Marine Corps League Detachment 381, APD, BCSO and the NM State Police. The honor and dignity you brought to Dennis' service was magnificent. My personal loss is without measure, but knowing he had so many people that cared about him gives me great comfort. I reserve my greatest thanks for my three sons, my daughter and my grandchildren, "Papa" loved you forever. To my extended family, you are such a blessing. Thank you from me and thank you from Dennis, he was so proud to be a member of the family. He loved us all. Dennis is at rest, I know he is watching over us. I was blessed to have him for 30 years, I know I will be with him again. To honor his kind and gentle nature do some little something for someone, he would be so pleased.
