Dorothy J. Allen, age 86, of Rio Rancho, died Sunday, August 26, 2007. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Dorothy was born February 5, 1921 in Cherokee, IA. She and her husband, Robert Allen, came to New Mexico in 1972. He preceded her in death. Dorothy is survived by daughter, two sons, and four grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Committal Service will be held Friday, August 31, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with interment to follow.
