Emmett "Lee" Leroy Hobdy, 80, resident of Albuquerque and Los Angeles, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Marie, of 60 years; daughter, Lisa Leighton of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Ashley, Hayden, MacKenzie and Carson of Cincinatti, OH. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy. Lee served honorably in the United States Navy aboard the USS Algol in the South Pacific and later went on to become a vice president for Continental Airlines. Friends and family may visit Wednesday, August 22, 2007 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Boulevard Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, August 23, 2007, 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, University Boulevard Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Lawn Haven Cemetery in Clovis, NM.
