EDWARD L. Mr. Edward L. Garcia, 61, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on August 15, 2007. Edward is survived by his wife, Mary; his children, Paul Garcia and wife, Daphney, Eddie Garcia and Nicole Villareal; six grandchildren, Danielle, Sophia, Sierra, Sonny, Sacha and Joey; many other extended family and friends; Edward was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during the Vietnam Era in Vietnam. Visitation will be Sunday in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Anita, Dolores, Grace and Pam. Final visitation will be Monday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW, with Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Committal Service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Paul Garcia, Eddie Garcia, Nicole Villareal, Daphney Garcia, Ron Martinez and Mike Chavez.
