Cindy Ellis, on Saturday, August 11, 2007, our beloved daughter, and sister, born August 31, 1965, went to be with the Lord. She led a full and active life. Her joy and passion was her school kids, her church, taking care of animals and doing quilting projects for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Cindy is survived by her parents, Richard and Teresa Ellis; brothers, Tom and Jason; sisters-in-law, Katie and Lori; nephews, Ethan and Mason; grandmother, Melba Ellis; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends; and the many school children from Taylor Middle School, whose lives she deeply touched. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorial and Honor Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Celebration of her life and services will be at St. Chad's Episcopal Church, 7171 Tennyson NE, Saturday, August 18, 2007, 6:00 p.m., with interment at the church.
