Joseph William Graff, was born September 19, 1970. Joe could charm the birds out of the trees and was sincerely loved by his family. He succumbed to an enemy from within on August 6, 2007, and will be sadly missed by all who loved him. Donations can be made to El Ranchito de los Ninos, P. O.
