Mary Elizabeth Sporleder (Betty) was the only child born to Eugene and Marguerite Hunter Jan 17, 1922 in Fort Morgan, CO. She attended Colorado Women's College, was an accomplished pianist, devout member of St. Mark on the Mesa Episcopal Church, and member of P.E.O. She spent her life devoted to children and was co-founder of St. Marks in the Valley Preschool. Married twice, Betty was preceded in death by her son, John Graves. Survivors are daughter, Jeane Graves and partner, Kerry Dalen; and her grandchildren, Javon Swanson and Ivon Graves; and her close cousin, Ruth Roberts. Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 11, 2007 at St. Marks on the Mesa Episcopal Church, 431 Richmond NE. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Marks in the Valley Preschool.
