Kristofer David. It is with a feeling of great loss that the family of beloved son and brother, Kristofer David Dale, announces that he has exited this life on his own terms. He entered life on the 19th of October, 1959, with an intensity and passion that was to stay with him throughout his life. He dedicated himself to the pursuit of honesty and integrity towards those he cared for personally, and towards the world generally.
