Gloria Mae Chavez, our BELOVED sister, sister-in-law, Auntie, GREAT aunt, and GREAT, GREAT aunt passed away suddenly on Monday, July 30, 2007. She had just celebrated her 66th birthday on July 12th. Gloria was born in Albuquerque and lived with her sister, Margaret Garcia and brother-in-law, Arthur Garcia. She is also survived by three nephews, Andy Garcia and his wife, Joann, Vincent Garcia and his wife, Anna, and Richard Garcia; one niece, Elsa De Jong and her husband, Tony; one great-nephew; eight nieces; two great-great-nephews; and two great-great-nieces. Gloria and her BEAUTIFUL smile will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be at Daniels Family Funeral Services (formerly Fitzgerald and Son) 3113 Carlisle NE on Thursday, August 2, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and a memorial on Friday, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Total Community Care, Alta Mira Respite Services, Share your Care, and/or Atrisco Lights Assisted Living Home c/o of Andy Garcia 7100 Christy NE 87109.
