Martha H. Torres (Maga), a life-long resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away at her daughter's home on Thursday afternoon,July 26,2007. Her survivors include her daughter, Martie Torres Sanchez of Corrales, NM; grandchildren, Laraisa (Lara) Sanchez,of Rio Rancho, NM, Desiree Sanchez of New York,NY, and grandson, Jude Sanchez of Corrales, NM. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Torres; mother, Julia Chavez; and son-in-law, Hector Sanchez. She's loved up to the sky, over the rainbow, and on a shooting star. we'll hold onto it. The visitation will be held, Monday, July 30, at 6:30 p.m., with a Rosary proceeding at 7:00PM, at Daniels Family Funeral Services, formerly known as Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave SE. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church located at 833 Arizona St. SE, on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Jude Sanchez, Dickie Sarracino, Matt Torres, John Torres, Lance Browne, and Jhett Browne.
