Gertrude a DeFrancesco born November 27, 1930 in New York, New York, passed away at her home with her family by her side on June 27, 2007. She is survived by her children. Two daughters, Lynn Risor and her husband, Dave, Janis Fink and her husband, Robert; two grandchildren, Meagan Nurse and Shannon Lively; three great grandchildren, Logan Taylor Lively, Angelina Arnold, and Daniel Nurse; one brother, Michael Breeze and his wife, Nora. Gertrude was a true Italian mother, very warm, loving and always happy to feed people. She took care of her nephews Auge Ruggiero, Jimmy Salzillo, Guy Salzillo, Michael Salzillo, and niece Phyllis Ford. Everyone that knew her called her mom. She loved sewing, even wanting to be a seamstress growing up. She also liked Halloween and Mahjong. Cremation has taken place.
