Obituary for SACHS

Chad Sachs, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2007. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Isleta, NM. Chad attended Los Lunas High and Independence School in Rio Rancho, NM. He worked for the family business "Your Tile Connection" as a tile setter. Chad enjoyed playing golf with his dad and his true love was music. For being so young he was a music connoisseur, so his love for music spanned all kinds of different music. He was a talented poet and writer, and was often found writing about life around him. Chad loved his mom, dad and his extended family meant everything to him. He was a gentle soul and was known to be a very loyal and true friend. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Herman Sachs; maternal grandfather, Miguel Gurule, Jr; uncle, Michael Sachs and his cousin, Jacob Baca. Chad is survived by his parents, Chris Sachs and his wife, Teresa of Rio Rancho, and Pauline Gurule Sers and her husband, Michael of Los Lunas; two sisters, Monique and Ashley Sers; paternal grandmother, Shirley Sachs of Belen, NM; maternal grandmother, Frances Gurule and her husband, Frank Gallegos of Los Lunas; and his loving friend, Franchesca Cruz. He is also survived by his many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the St. Augustine Catholic Church, on Monday, June 25, 2007. There will be a visitation at 10:30 a.m., a Rosary to be recited at 11:00 a.m. and a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Urn bearers will be his parents, Chris and Pauline. Honorary urn bearers will be John Giron, Jarod Madrid, Daryl Bell, Richard Sachs, Ashley Sers, David Clark, Trey Cochran, Rico Willis, Rowdy and all the rest of his many close friends.
