Ermon Sammons born July 19, 1922 and passed away June 14, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor of the family home; and four children, Beverly Wakefield and husband, Felix, Mary Tyler and husband, Jerry, Sharon Quibell and husband, David, and Edward Sammons and wife, Denee; three sisters and one brother, Lorene Fitzgerald, Glenn Sammons and wife, Mary Catherine, Beulah Stach and husband, Leo, and Christine Faulkner. Ermon has nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. Ermon served four years in the United States Army in World War II and retired as a Heavy Equipment Operator with Albuquerque Gravel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 18, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 1860 Griegos Road NW. Ermon will be laid to rest at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
