Obituary for SENA

Saturnino Andelicio (Andy) Cristiano Sena, a veteran of the United States Army who served in the Korean War, passed away at the age of 75 surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 3, 2007. He was born on July 2, 1931 to Saturnino Sena and Cecilia Sena de Lovato. In 1954 he entered into matrimony to Eufemia Sena, and they had four sons and five daughters. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Juan Sena; two sisters, Eurcinia Manzanares de Sena and Florinda Hurtado de Sena; two sons, Arthur Sena and Ernesto Sena; and a daughter, Janet Sena. Andy is survived by his wife, Eufemia; his children, Alfred Sena and wife Suzanna of Albuquerque, NM, Henrietta Martinez and husband, Daniel of Los Lunas, NM, Cathy Sena-Bloom and husband, Jack of Albuquerque, NM, Joseph Sena and wife Rita of Albuquerque, NM, Sarah Bustos and husband, Leon of Las Vegas, NM, and Debbie Parson and husband, Robert of Albuquerque, NM. This wonderful man of the Sena family is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; and one brother, Orlando Sena and wife, Grace of Sena, NM. Mr. Sena will lie in state Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 1860 Griegos Rd. NW, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Kevin Sena, Adam Sena, Estevan Martinez, Scott Sena, Jessie Martinez, Arthur Sena, Joseph Sena Jr., and Leon Bustos Jr. Honorary bearers will be sons and daughters-in-law and remaining grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
