Obituary for SANDOVAL

Roman Sandoval, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, was born in Seboyeta, NM, and went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, May 31, 2007. He proudly served his country in the US Army during World War II. While stationed in England he met and married his wife, Doris. He retired after 20 years, and came back to Albuquerque to live. Roman was very active in the community, founder of the Desert Wrangles Riding Club, member of the VFW, and owner of a gas service station. He was a very loving person, always willing to help and enjoyed being with his family. His joy for life and fun will be greatly missed. Roman is survived by his wife of 63 years, Doris Sandoval; children, Ron Sandoval and wife Cathy, Velma Saiz and husband, Manuel, Pamela Webb and husband, Bryan; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services will be held at the Santuario de San Martin, 8321 Camino San Martin Ct. SW, in Albuquerque, on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, beginning with a viewing at 8:00 a.m., a rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. and a funeral mass to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt.
