Margreta Overbeck, age 97, passed away on May 31, 2007 at the Santa Fe Care Nursing Home. Margreta was born in Glenwood Springs, CO on June 19, 1909. She moved to New York City in 1928. She was a superb artist, trained at the prestigious Lamb Studio on the East Coast. Her stained glass windows are seen in churches in New York and Maine. She resided in Santa Fe since 1979.
