William J. Romero, 74, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2007. He is survived by son, Bill Joe Romero; daughters, Celeste Romero and Cheryl Romero Brown and husband, Joe; granddaughters, Michelle Brown and Roberta Moree; grandsons, Daniel Brown, Samuel Brown, Matthew Moree, and Dylan Moree; great-grandson, William Dante Susco; great-granddaughters, Monique Nicole Montano, Sage Baros Brown, and Genesis Marie Montano; sister, Edith Giacomoro; and brother, Ronnie Romero. Mr. Romero was preceded in death by his beloved wife of almost 50 years, Anna Marie Romero; and parents, Sam Romero and Lena Hamilton. He was an electrician with Yearout Electric for many years and later owned and operated Force Electric until his retirement. In addition to being a loving husband and wonderful father, Mr. Romero was a very talented artist and craftsman. His wisdom, insight, and love will always be cherished by his family. Services will be held Friday, June 1, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
