Sylviana Dolores Baca passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2007 in Albuquerque at the age of 60. Sylviana was retired from Presbyterian Hospital. She was an avid animal lover and loved the horse races. She also loved to read and cook. Sylviana was preceded in death by her mother, Rosario Baca; grandparents, Isabel Baca, and Matilde and Onofre Montoya; brothers, Anthony Ernest Baca and Robert Baca. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Austin and husband, Thomas Anaya of Albuquerque; siblings, Mary Anne Baca of Las Vegas, NM, Ramona Baca and husband, Ralph Perdomo of Albuquerque, Joe Baca, Yolanda Baca, Cathy Romero and husband, Richard, and Mario Baca, all of Las Vegas, NM; and cousin, Dahlia Grace Quintana. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jude Austin Jr. and Jessica Austin; great-grandchild, Laila Lopez; Godparents, Luis and Magdalena Alvarez; aunt, Mary Lucero; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. All services are pending and will be announced. Pallbearers will be Jude Austin Sr., Ralph Perdomo, Albert Baca, Richard Baca, Joseph Romero, and Antonio Baca.
