Jennie Marie Barton, 98, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2007. Jennie is survived by her son, William R. Barton and wife, Thelma; four grandchildren, William R. Barton and wife, Lu, Gail Cooley and husband, Gerald, Deborah Davis, and Kenneth Barton and wife, Michelle; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Jennie was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Barton in 1974. There will be no memorial services at her request, knowing that her family and friends will remember her as a loyal and happy person.
