Manuel A. Zamora, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2007. He was born January 6, 1921 in LaJunta, CO. He retired as a Master Sgt. from the U.S. Air Force. Manuel is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jennie M. Montoya; his children, Linda Carin Nelson, Gregory Michael Zamora, Kathryn Ann Zamora-Levandowski, Susanna Marie Pollman, Teresa Jane Sanchez, Mark Anthony Zamora, and Emmanuel Ascisclo Zamora; 22 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, May 14, 2007 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at Kirtland Air Force Base Chapel on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, 11:30 a.m. with Fr. Thomas R. Maikowski, celebrant. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
