Donaciano Trujillo went home to be with the Lord on May 2, 2007 at the age of 84. He was born on June 19, 1922 to Federico Montoya and Candelaria Trujillo in Cerrilos, NM. Donaciano served in the United States Army where he received a Bronze Star and Purple Heart, along with many other badges of honor. He is survived by his wife, Canda Trujillo; his two brothers, Phillip Montoya and Paul Montoya, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be missed by all. A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2007 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Stover Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Garcia Mortuary, with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held on Monday, May 7, 2007 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, with Mass to follow at 9:00 a.m. Interment for Donaciano will be Santa Fe National cemetery following the mass. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Gutierrez, Matthew Barstow, Daniel Urenda, Jacob Sedillo, Ramon Garcia, and Wilfred Mora.
