Catherine V. Rokosz, 96, of Rio Rancho, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2007. Formerly of Brooklyn, NY, she had been a local resident for over 38 years. Mrs. Rokosz was one of the founding members of the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Rosary Society, which she was very proud of. Catherine survived by her loving family, children, Joan Christofferson, Geraldine (Tom) Berard, Elaine (Al) Whitaker, and Donald Rokosz. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2007, 2:30 - 4:30 p.m., with a Rosary Service at 3:30 p.m., at the Daniels Family Funeral Services, Vista Verde Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd SE., Rio Rancho, NM, 87124. The Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2007, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, in Rio Rancho.
