June Stone, 84, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2007. She came to New Mexico after she joined the U.S. Army in Kentucky during WWII. Mrs. Stone was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Stone in 1973; and good friends, Richard McNeil, Richard J. McNeil, and Eutimia (Timmie) Garcia. She is survived by her dear friend, Susan McNeil and many other good friends. When you see a rose think of me and especially when you see our Flag flying high remember the men and women who willingly served and serve to keep us safe and strong. Cremation has taken place.
