GEORGE LLOYD Mr. George Lloyd Humphrey, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 27, 2007 at home with his loving family at his side. Mr. Humphrey is survived by his beloved wife, Patsy; his step-children, Frank Chavez and wife, Deanne and Kathy Chavez and husband, Barry Gallagher; his sister, Mary Griego and husband, Gilbert, and Emma Montoya of Hayward, CA; his brother, Richard Humphrey and wife, Liz; his step-grandchildren, Samantha Chavez, Brandon Chavez, Jay Forse, and Kimberly Forse; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Humphrey was a member Catholic Church, a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during WWII, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam Era. Visitation will be Monday at St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave. NW (at 4th St.), from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Manuel Montoya. Final visitation will be Tuesday at the Church from 9:30 a.m. until10 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with full military honors. Pallbearers will be George Griego, Don Griego, Gilbert Griego, Sean Humphrey, Seferino Chavez, and Brandon Chavez.
