Miguel Sanchez, age 76, passed away Friday, April 20, 2007. A longtime resident of Albuquerque, he served 24 years in the Army National Guard. Miguel is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lourdes Sanchez; sons, Juan Sanchez and Johnny Sanchez; daughter, Breanna Sanchez; granddaughter, Cynthia Sanchez; great-grandchildren, Robert Garcia Jr. and Audrianna Lujan; brothers, Eulogio M. Sanchez and wife, Ruby, Melecio Sanchez and wife, Elizabeth, Ricardo Sanchez and wife, Kathy, and Cinclio Sanchez; sisters, Della Anaya, Mabel Coffman, Elisa Villescas, and Virginia Zepeda; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, fourth and Alameda NW. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
