Obituary for LARRIBAS

Bonnie C. Larribas, 60, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed into the arms of our savior Tuesday, April 17, 2007 after a long illness. Born on November 11, 1946, she was a longtime resident in the Martineztown community. Ms. Larribas is survived by her son, Carlos Larribas; daughter-in-law, Sonya Larribas; and her grandson, Nicholas. Ms. Larribas is also survived by her brothers and sisters: David Larribas, Vietnam veteran, Celia Bonney and husband, Matthew, Anthony G. Larribas, Rosemarie Newsome and husband, Paul, John Larribas and wife, Diane; her nieces and nephews, Ann Marie Goold and husband, Scott, Nicholas Bonney and wife, Olivia, great-nephew, Caue Bonney, Shane Larribas, Andrea Newsome, Alicia Larribas; and numerous cousins. all of Albuquerque; she was preceded in death by her loving parents, Maria Belen Larribas and Ray Larribas Ms. Larribas was active in the medical field as a nurse assistant at St. Josephs Hospital. Additionally, Ms. Larribas worked in the nursing home care field for many years. Ms. Larribas was also a beautician with her dream having been to open up her own beauty salon. Most of all Ms. Larribas was a loving and caring person who was willing to lend a hand to help anyone- even if she couldn't; she had a caring heart and a beautiful soul. Ms. Larribas will be deeply missed by all who knew her and all who loved her. Services will be celebrated Thursday, April 19, 2007, 7:00 p.m., at Salazar and Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
