James L. Bowen, age 81, passed away on March 29, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born on January 5, 1926 to Irby and Martha Bowen in Brice, TX. James proudly served his country in WWII for the United States Navy. He continued serving his country as an accountant for Kirtland AFB until his retirement in 1985. James is survived by his children; Richard Bowen and wife, Nancy of Colorado Springs, CO; his daughters, Martha Dye and husband, Charles of Kempner, TX, Jamie Archuleta and husband, Mike of Albuquerque, NM, and Beverly Domonkos and husband, Steve of Burns, TN; nine grandchildren, Charles and Jamie Dye, Mark and Kyle Archuleta, Ashley, Emily and Kaylee Domonkos, Andrew and Karen Bowen. James was preceded in death by his wife, Ella May Bowen. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel.
