Dwayne Vance Carter Ret. Lt. Col. USAF, 88, a resident of Albuquerque for 20 years passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2007. He is survived by wife, Elaine Carter; daughters, Sheryl Barnard of Bellevue, NE, Sharon Fritson of Kearney, NE; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; our very special friend and companion, Centa; and brother, Dwight Carter, of Des Moines, IA. Cremation has taken place, the Burial of cremated remains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
