Julian S. Blair of Lubbock, Texas died Saturday, March 3, 2007 at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 27, 1936 to Rosamond and Sloan Blair. From 1970 until 2001 he lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His survivors inclued his daughter, Amy Blair of Lubbock; one brother, Sloan Blair of Fort Worth; one sister, Rosamond Cuthrell of Lubbock. He is also survived by his step-daughter, Hilary Dennis; and his granddaughter, Meghan Barnes; stepsons, Ray Blair and wife, Phyllis, Steve Blair and wife, Jennifer and their children, Tyler, Alex and Madalon. He also leaves five nieces and a nephew. Julian Blair was a fine man and he will be missed for the rest of their lives by those who loved him. After cremation has taken place, his ashes will be interred in Faulkenberry Cemetery in Groesbeck, Texas.
