Obituary for ALEXANDER

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Thursday March 08, 2007

Jeffrey Allen Alexander, Jr., a lifelong Albuquerque resident passed away Sunday, March 4, 2007. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Kristen Alexander, one sister, one nephew, and an abundance of other close friends and family. Jeff graduated with honors from Universal Technical Institute of Phoenix, Arizona in December of 2004. He returned to Albuquerque and quickly found himself on the fast track to success eventually becoming the Corporate Trainer for Jiffy Lube. He was able to purchase the car he had dreamed about since he was a little boy, a Ford Mustang. Friends and family could hear him coming a mile away. Jeff had a compassionate, driven soul with an intense love for music and a passion for anything with a motor. No goal was too high for him to achieve, no challenge too much to overcome. His laid-back, disarming nature immediately put everyone around him at ease. A friend for life, he never abandoned anyone in need. He was always willing to open his arms, his heart and, if necessary, his wallet. Though he was only a young man, Jeff often found himself mentoring and guiding those close to him. He was always willing to lend an ear and offer some advice. He was never afraid to push himself and approached his friends in the same manner, always pushing them toward their own success. He took life for all it had to offer and made the most of every situation. Services will be held Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at The Journey, 6821 Montgomery, Suite F, with Derek Witt and Andy Donalson officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Vaughn, Alex Nelson, Michael Manfredi, Jesse Carlton and Noah Haley (in loving memory). As would be Jeff's wishes, services will be very casual. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE, Saturday, March 10, 2007, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. French Mortuary 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE 275-3500
