Robert J. Webb, age 76, went to be with his Lord on February 20, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born in Midland, TX to Robert and Mayme Webb on November 29, 1930. Robert served four years in the United States Air Force, and then spent the next 25 years working with the Air National Guard in Albuquerque. After retirement he focused his skills as a building contractor in Edgewood, NM. Robert spent much of his time helping others and he was instrumental in starting local churches here in Albuquerque, Edgewood and Elephant Butte, NM. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather who cherished his children and spoiled his grandchildren. After retirement, his passion was to RV throughout the country. Robert was such a giving individual he gave beyond his years by giving of himself as a donor. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn of 55 years, his children: Robert Dwayne Webb and wife, Debra Cleff, Shelby Lynn Brown and husband, Scott; and five grandchildren, Travis Neil Cumley, Brie Page and husband, Tim, Adrienne Allen and husband, Hale, Drue Webb and Dana Cleff; one great-granddaughter, Jade Allen; one brother, Donald D. Webb. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 22, 2007, 1:00 p.m. at the Church at the Butte, 516 Highway 195, Elephant Butte, NM, with Pastor Robert Rachuig officiating.
