Rose C. Facio, age 81, beloved and devoted mother and grandmother, was called home to be with the Lord, Friday, January 19, 2007. Rose was life time resident of Alameda, NM, and a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. She was full of life, and enjoyed cooking for her family, dancing, and gardening. Rose is survived by her loving children, Mary Lou Smith and husband, Ofimiano, Cristina Macias and husband, Louie Sedillo, and Lorenzo Sandoval; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and a host of friends. Rose will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. A rosary will be recited Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, where Funeral Services will follow at 9:00 a.m. Interment will take place at San Carlos Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Jerry Macias, Randy Macias, Phillip Armijo, Louie Sedillo, Mark Macias, and Vicente Armijo. Honorary bearers will be Ofimiano Smith and Tim Smith.
