Obituary for CORDOVA

David J. Cordova - "Mr. C", "Dave the Barber" and "Boss", was born on March 10, 1930 in Van Houton, NM. He passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2007. David was raised in Dawson, NM and served Honorably in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his five children, Rosemarie G. Cordova and her son, David, Margaret J. Allen and her husband, Stan; her daughters, Jeanikra and Jeanine; sons, Kody, Dru, Eugene A. Cordova and his daughter, Joee, Joseph P. Cordova and his wife, Theresa and their sons, Joshua, Aaron and daughter, Tera, Bernard C. Cordova and his wife ,Vaughn and their daughters, Tausha, Shaelynn, D'Aundra, and Kendra; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Josie Cadava and husband, Nelson of Blanco, NM, Rosie Casias and husband, Orlando of Lemon Grove, CA, Alice Bryan of South Fulton, TN; brother, John Cordova of Rio Rancho, NM; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. David owned and operated the Campus Barber Shop with his son, Bernard. He barbered for 55 years in Albuquerque. David was loved by many, despised by a few, and respected by all. His family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all of his family, friends and loved ones who were so supportive to him in his last days. A special thank you to Presbyterian Hospice Nurse, Linda Krinsky. To honor David's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
