Solveig "Sally" Bell, 104, a resident of Albuquerque since 1975, died Sunday, December 17, 2006. She is survived by her daughters, June Geller and husband, Irwin and Joyce Morris and husband, Bob; three grandchildren, Grant Hegranes, William Hegranes, and Vicki Allen; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Dolores Benson; and sister-in-law, Ruth Nessett She was preceded death by her husband, Henry G. Bell in 1985. Mrs. Bell taught school in North Dakota where she was raised and is still remembered by many of her students. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and was active at the Palo Duro and Highland Senior Citizen Associations. Mrs. Bell was dearly loved by her family and her good and many loyal friends during her long life. Services will be on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Friends may visit Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at French Mortuary - Lomas Blvd Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Organ Fund at St. John's United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona NE, 87110.
