Catherine M. Grivas passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2006 at the Casa Real Health Center in Santa Fe. She had lived with her husband, Theodore Grivas in Albuquerque for 21 years in Taylor Ranch before moving to Santa Fe. Mrs. Grivas loved to sew, paint, make dolls' clothes, and visit friends. She also loved to sing, dance, write poetry and make people laugh. Mrs. Grivas was a wonderful wife and mother and she treated everyone with respect and love. She is survived by her son, Peter Grivas and grandson, Theodore Grivas of Lamy, NM. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Private services and interment will be held at a later date.
