ADRIAN Mr. Adrian Chavez, 92, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 13, 2006. Mr. Chavez is survived by his daughters, Maria Teresa King and husband, Lawrence, Edwina (Dina) Chavez and Joe Block; one son, Rosendo (Bobby Chavez and wife, Lulu; eight grandchildren, Michael and wife, Kathleen E., Kathleen A. and Joe, Jacqueline (Jackie), Diana and husband, William, Johnny, David and wife, Roberta, Cynthia (Cindy) and husband, Jeff and Adrian; twelve great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Chavez was preceded in death by his wife, Vincentita Chavez and a grandson, Danny. Mr. Chavez was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the V. F. W. Post #6212. Visitation for Mr. Chavez will be Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul Sanchez, Abel Baca Sr., Abel Adrian Baca Jr., Freddie Chavez, Johnny Chavez and David Chavez. Honorary Pallbearer will be Mike Chavez.
