Ronald Lee Rooks, longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM, died August 16, 2006 at the age of 49. He is survived by his mother, Maxine Chavez; step-father, Del Chavez; his sons, Christian, Jeremy, and Jonathan; his daughter, Brandi (who preceded him in death); his sisters, Marilyn (who preceded him in death), Renee, Loretta, and Kimberly (Chiquita); his brothers, Michael and wife, Maria, James and wife, Stella; and many nieces, nephews, and relatives. Honorary Pallbearers: Chris Rooks, Santiago Rooks, Daniel Rooks, Dominic Rooks, Joseph Padilla, and Anthony Griego. Rosary and Memorial Service will be held on December 7, 2006 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Santa Maria De La Paz Church, at 11 College Dr., in Santa Fe, NM. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. There will be a reception following interment at the Santa Maria De La Paz Church.
