Mary Isabell Shockley, 90, an Albuquerque resident since 1998, died Tuesday, October 31, 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Russell and husband, Bill of Albuquerque; son, Robert Shockley and wife, JoAnn of Ritzville, WA; grandchildren, Debi Smith of California City, CA, Donna Russell of Clovis, NM, Glen Russell and wife, Michele of Farmington, NM, Sandy Ybarra and husband, Gregg of Springfield, OR, Suzie Crapson and husband, Steve of Moses Lake, WA; seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers and sisters; and a grandson, Gary Russell. Mrs. Shockley was active in various civic organizations in Sunnyside, WA where she lived most of her adult life. She loved gardening, and the outdoors. She especially loved her family and friends and neighbors. Mary enjoyed traveling across the country and around the world to visit with her family. Mary was an avid crotcheter and quilter. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Her cremated remains will ultimately be interred in Yakima, WA. French Mortuary 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE 275-3500
