Glenn W. Holmes, 90, longtime resident of Albuquerque, died peacefully September 26, 2006. He is survived by his sisters, Evelyn Blosser and husband, Mason, of Port Clinton, OH, and Virginia Wiger and husband, Sam of Tipton, GA. He is Beloved father of Glenn C. Holmes and wife, Judy, Kenneth D. Holmes and Dede von Kleist, all of Albuquerque. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors.
